On a report from a recipient
1. On receiving a report from you, we may contact you for more details and may ask you to share the contents of the letter regarding which the report has been raised to assist you further. This however depends upon the nature of the report and details you have provided us. The action will be taken according to the following consequences hereon.
2. If we find that the matter is personal according to our discretion, we may not directly take any action but may guide you to appropriate legal authorities local to you or within international cybercrime frameworks. We will cooperate with the authorities henceforth if required.
3. If the matter is non-personal which includes but is not limited to fake identification, child pornography, hacking attempt, heinous criminal behaviour, marketing/promotional content without your consent, and/or of any other general misconduct, we may take this to appropriate legal authorities on our own in case you are unwilling to do so with your consent and after informing and gathering inputs/clarification from the sender/payer for the same if any and depending upon the severity of the matter. We will be there with you and guide you in case you wish to deal with this on your own. And in this case we will also flag such a sender/payer on our platform and block a repeat or one time offender depending upon severity and nature of a case from using our services.
On a report from a sender/payer
1. On receiving a request from you, we will contact you on the email id you have provided during reporting for further details and investigation.
Rest assured, we will assist you in all possible ways in the scope of our terms & conditions as mentioned on postman's website at www.postman.land and also help you file a complaint through your local legal authorities or through international cybercrime frameworks whichever works the best for you. We may also take an action on our own depending upon the nature of a case.

In case of violation of our Terms & Conditions as mentioned on the Website at www.postman.land we will deal strictly based on the nature and severity of a case according to the international cybersecurity frameworks, Digital intellectual property frameworks, and cross-border cooperations against general crime like Interpol etc at own discretion.
